The best New Years weekend! We were excited to just hang out and not do anything too high maintenance so we ended up going to Smith's and buying a French Silk Pie, some forks, a half gallon of milk and some cups and heading up to the "D" hill to watch fireworks. It was way random but we definately enjoyed our nerdy selves. New Years day we just bummed around did some shopping and finally ended up ordering soup to go from Brick Oven and looking at the Christmas lights at the temple. It was a really good weekend. P.S. the flowers are on here because I asked Eric how they weren't frozen and he said "because they're God's flowers." It was cute.

New Years
The best New Years weekend! Christmas Day Shooting!
We went out to Eric's family's for dinner Christmas day. We had a great turkey dinner with His mom(Christy), His dad(Derk), Kynlee, Wylder, Taite, Chanley, and Colter. Afterwards we decided to go out and do some target shooting. Even our cute little nephew Taite brought his "bang" he got for Christmas(don't worry it's a pretend one).
Christmas 2009
Christmas was great as usual. Luckily Eric let us sleep in all the way till 5:30am! (Yep, I'm well aware that isn't sleeping in, however for Eric it was much better than having him start at 4am Christmas morning like last year!) I got a Wii fit with the Biggest Loser game which was awesome, and I finally got another pea coat. Eric did a good job. Eric got a new phone and an electronic game calling system. I gave us both a trip to Front Sight which is a defensive handgun training. We're both really excited about that and we'll post pictures when we go. We also got a Digital Camera and a video recorder which we absolutely love! Overall it was a really nice Christmas and we were spoiled as usual.
My Puppy Kai!
So I guess when a guy wants to make sure he doesn't end up in the dog house his best bet is to fill it with a real dog! Eric brought me home this sweet little Australian Shephard/Border Collie mix just a few days before Christmas. I was so happy to see her I didn't even want to leave her alone EVER! We named her Kai and she's about 8 weeeks old now.
